    Welcome to Waseetna (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d). These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (\u201cPlatform\u201d).<\/p>

          • Not share your account with others<\/li>

              You retain ownership of your content but grant Waseetna Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence<\/strong> to:<\/p>

              • Distribute it across the Platform<\/li>
              • Store, reproduce, and modify it for formatting and safety purposes<\/li>
              • Promote your listings within the platform<\/li><\/ul>

                This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems.<\/p>

                You represent that:<\/p>

                • You own or have rights to the content you post<\/li>
                • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights<\/li>
                • Your content complies with UK laws and our policies<\/li><\/ul>
                  1. Prohibited Content<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    You must not post, upload, or share any content that:<\/p>

                    • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent<\/li>
                    • Is discriminatory (e.g., restricting housing\/jobs to specific religions or ethnicities)<\/li>
                    • Promotes illegal goods, activities, or services<\/li>
                    • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats<\/li>
                    • Infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property<\/li>
                    • Contains explicit or harmful material<\/li>
                    • Encourages financial scams or unsafe behaviour<\/li>
                    • Includes malware, spam, or harmful links<\/li><\/ul>

                      We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.<\/p>

                        If you post as a business or commercial seller, you agree to:<\/p>

                            Waseetna Ltd does not<\/strong>:<\/p>

                            • Vet users in advance<\/li>
                            • Guarantee the accuracy of listings<\/li>
                            • Intervene in transactions between users<\/li><\/ul>

                              Your interactions with other users are entirely at your own risk<\/strong>.<\/p>

                              We strongly advise:<\/p>

                              • Meeting in public places<\/li>
                              • Bringing a friend when exchanging goods<\/li>
                              • Avoiding cash-only job offers<\/li>
                              • Avoiding sending deposits without viewing items\/property<\/li><\/ul>
                                1. Payments & Premium Features<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                  At this time, Waseetna does not<\/strong> offer paid features.
                                  If paid services are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated.<\/p>

                                  1. Moderation & Enforcement<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                                    We may, at our discretion:<\/p>

                                    • Remove or edit User Content<\/li>
                                    • Suspend or terminate accounts<\/li>
                                    • Block IP addresses or devices<\/li>
                                    • Restrict access to certain features<\/li>
                                    • Report unlawful content to authorities<\/li><\/ul>

                                      We are not obligated to justify moderation decisions.<\/p>
