  • Businesses may create accounts and post listings in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Waseetna Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to:

  • Display your content
  • Distribute it across the Platform
  • Store, reproduce, and modify it for formatting and safety purposes
  • Promote your listings within the platform

This licence ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to the content you post
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
  • Your content complies with UK laws and our policies
  1. Prohibited Content

You must not post, upload, or share any content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Is discriminatory (e.g., restricting housing/jobs to specific religions or ethnicities)
  • Promotes illegal goods, activities, or services
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
  • Contains explicit or harmful material
  • Encourages financial scams or unsafe behaviour
  • Includes malware, spam, or harmful links

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

  1. Business & Seller Responsibilities

If you post as a business or commercial seller, you agree to:

  • Comply with UK consumer protection laws
  • Clearly identify yourself as a business where applicable
  • Accurately describe your products or services
  • Honour pricing and availability claims
  • Not impersonate private sellers

Businesses are additionally responsible for meeting applicable licensing, tax, and regulatory requirements.

  1. Platform Safety Disclaimer

Waseetna Ltd does not:

  • Vet users in advance
  • Guarantee the accuracy of listings
  • Intervene in transactions between users

Your interactions with other users are entirely at your own risk.

We strongly advise:

  • Meeting in public places
  • Bringing a friend when exchanging goods
  • Avoiding cash-only job offers
  • Avoiding sending deposits without viewing items/property
  1. Payments & Premium Features

At this time, Waseetna does not offer paid features.
If paid services are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated.

  1. Moderation & Enforcement

We may, at our discretion:

  • Remove or edit User Content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Block IP addresses or devices
  • Restrict access to certain features
  • Report unlawful content to authorities

We are not obligated to justify moderation decisions.

  1. Intellectual Property (Our IP)

All intellectual property belonging to Waseetna Ltd—including:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Design and layout
  • Website code
  • Databases
  • Waseetna name and trademarks

is protected by UK and international law.

Users may not:

  • Reproduce, scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our platform
  • Use our trademarks without written approval

The Platform may include links to third-party services.
Waseetna Ltd is not responsible for:
