What is Waseetna?
Waseetna is a UK-based online classifieds platform designed to help users buy, sell, rent, find jobs, access services, and connect with others in a trusted, culturally familiar environment. While built with Arabs and Muslims in mind, the platform is open to everyone.
Is Waseetna only for Arabs and Muslims?
No. Waseetna is open to all users.
The platform focuses on serving the Arab and Muslim communities in the UK, but does not restrict membership based on religion, ethnicity, or nationality.
How do I create an account?
Simply click “Sign Up,” enter your email and phone number, and create a password. You may be required to verify your email or phone for security purposes.
How do I post an ad?

- Choose a category
- Add details, photos, and pricing
- Review your listing
- Publish
Your ad may undergo automated and/or manual review before it becomes visible.
What types of ads are not allowed?
Waseetna prohibits:
- Fraudulent or misleading ads
- Discriminatory ads (e.g., restricting based on religion, ethnicity, or race)
- Illegal goods or services
- Hate speech or offensive content
- Explicit adult content
- Copyright-infringing materials

Are businesses allowed to post on Waseetna?
Yes. Businesses may post ads, provided they comply with UK consumer protection laws and accurately represent themselves as commercial sellers where required.
How long will my ad remain active?
Ads typically remain active for 30 days, unless removed by the user or taken down for violating platform rules. You can renew your ad before it expires.
Why was my ad removed or rejected?
Ads may be removed for:
- Violating content rules
- Being flagged as misleading or unsafe
- Repeated posting of duplicate ads
- Suspicious or fraudulent behaviour
Our moderation team may remove ads at its discretion to protect user safety.
Does Waseetna verify users or listings?
We use automated and manual checks to reduce fraud, but we do not guarantee the authenticity of any listing or user. Always use caution, meet in public places, and avoid sending money before viewing items or property.
How do I report a problem, scam, or user?
You can report an ad or user directly through the “Report” button on each listing.
